This Eighth Edition contains an additional essay, a “Refutation of Dr. Price’s State of the National Debt.” Nicely Bound in more modern 3/4 rowan calf gilt with raised bands and linen hard boards. Some light wear to exterior, with some cracking of spine. The interior pages are choice, crisp and very nice.
