1800 Draped Bust Silver Dollar.
ICG Graded EF40 Details - Repaired Rim.
Red Book lists this coin at 00.00 at EF.
I spoke to the grader and he said to look at the 5 o'clock position on the obverse, there is a small clean spot where someone had filed down a rim bump.  He said that the scratch across the face was an adjustment mark from the manufacture.   He also said it is a very beautiful coin, and I agree.
