It's made of steel and is painted (Covers#1&2 are blue and Cover#3 is pink). The top is hinged and lifts up. Inside, the black colored portion is where water is supposed to go in order to humidify the air. Cover#2 has a removable lid for it's tray but the other 2 do not. The inside of the covers is lined with something that looks like particle board (see last photo). I'm not sure what it's purpose is? It's intact for the most part.Normally, radiator covers are lightweight, but these are about 60 - 80lbsWe wiped the outside of the covers with a dry paper towel prior to taking photos, and what you see in the photos are stains, rust, and spots of missing paint.     Cool, Art Deco style, vintage radiator cover

    We wiped the outside of the covers with a dry paper towel prior to taking photos, and what you see in the photos are stains, rust, and spots of missing paint. The cabinets would look beautiful after a good sanding and a fresh coat of paint.
    All 3 cabinets have a dent, which could be pushed out from the inside--we normally do this, but didn't notice them till it was time to take photos. We'll do our best to straighten them out prior to shipping. Currently, Covers#1 & 3 have a dent along the bottoms of their back panels and Cover#2 has dent in one of its front corners (see close up photo).
    Otherwise, There cabinets are in great structural condition with only the typical nicks and scratches that you would expect to find on an old radiator cover. There no breaks, cracks, or gouges.
