    This is an extremely large demandtoid.  garnet.  You will hard pressed to find a stone this size.  .50ct is the usual, anything above that these days is considered very large.  The clarity is an SI3.  It is unheated/untreated.  The luster is good.  The  Refracture is 1.69.  The specific gravity is 3.49.  A MUST HAVE FOR ANY COLLECTION.
