    South Carolina. There is an extract of a letter from a man whos brother was murdered in Charleston.
    There is news from Springfield, Massachusetts were 150 armed men stormed the jail and released some prisoners.
    There is news from Richmond Virginia about an attempt to raid
    General Greene's camp.
    There is also news about the war in the Caribbean and about Marshal Law in Jamaica. There is also news about the arrival and departure of ships.
    Page four is filled with tax notices.
