CHRISTOFLE PARIS CHOPSTICKS Silver Gold & White set - never used, brand new.
While these were never used, the handles could be polished.
I received these as a gift; I can't be sure, but I believe it was from the 5 Star Peninsula Hotel in Shanghai when I stayed at that property several years ago.
I am not certain what the material is, or where they were produced.  They are most likely silver plated, as that's what Christofle makes, and the discoloration on the silver handle indicates that it's most likely silver plate - while I haven't polished them, they could be polished with simple silver cleaner to make them sparkling, like-new.
I do know that they're very elegant, solid, Christofle/Paris quality (superb) chopsticks.
