    This portable drilling rig is capable of drilling 8-inch holes up to 11 feet deep into firm soils. It has wide applications, and can be used for the installation of micropiles, deep post holes for high fences and street signs, anchors, structure underpinning support in limited access conditions, vertical tighbacks and shoring or any deep auger cast pile foundation support.
    • Rugged welded steel structures.
    • Heavy and wide steel base frame made of 2-inch steel tubing.
    • 3hp, 2 stroke gas motor.
    • (1) 4’ Steel Rods connected by quick removal pins ( No pipe wrenches required).
    • (1) 3’ Steel Rod.
    • (1) 24” Steel Rod.
    • 8” x 30” Spiral Auger with two blades and pilot tip.
    • 1,000 pounds Winch to pull/lower rods and auger head in the hole.
    • Heavy duty Caster wheels for easy maneuvering in the field.
    • Fork to hold rods for dis/assembling in hole.
    • Simple yet unique designed horizontal bars welded to each rod to hold rods for dis/assembling in hole.

    • Drilling procedure is based on retrieving the spiral auger with soil cutting to the surface after drilling no more than 12 at a time. The drilling process is repeated to achieve the maximum depth.
