This listing is for the Blue Delft KLM Dutch miniature house #15. The house still has the yellow wax seal. It has been modified, there is a tiny hole in the seal where a needle and syringe were used to drain the house. The house is totally EMPTY! I have included a picture of the top of the yellow wax seal. Other than this, it is in excellent condition, there are no chips cracks, etc.
